John helped me sell my rental home in Livermore. The home was in need of updating the kitchen, bathrooms, flooring and painting inside and out. John excelled in working with the contractor. He did everything from picking out the colors and all materials. We had to leave out of town and John took care of everything. The house sold in less than two (2) weeks and we had an offer higher than the listing price. What else can you ask for.
